I moved my domain and email from Godaddy when they began prioritizing their cancel culture and politics over just offering a great domain and email service for their clients. With that being said, not being very web-domain savvy, I ran into a few stumbling blocks getting setup with Epik but their customer service was fantastic and always reachable. I migrated 100% of my services from Godaddy to Epik and have been 100% satisfied with that decision. Epik's support is also FAR SUPERIOR to Godaddy's. Godaddy is too big for their own good and customers often slip through the cracks and get ground up to bits. That fact doesn't seem to bother Godaddy one bit. They're too big to be bothered to care about a small business like me. Play... GoDaddy is just... Well... Evil. I haven't had that experience with Epik. They've delivered all-around 5-star performance and service. I'm happy that I finally moved!

Epik is a rare jewel of a company. I don't say this lightly. I personally challenge you to find a more customer-centric, more sincere company. I have had nothing but very positive interactions with everyone in this company, from the online chat customer service to SRVP Robert Davis to the owner of Epik himself, Rob Monster. Certain negative groups and organizations just love to hate on Epik., focusing on the smallest opportunity to twist facts into baseless conjectures and imagination to attack this company. To me, that's a sign that Epik is doing something right... and that, they certainly are. Recently, I reached out to them expressing my frustrations with the slow results of other domaining platforms. They told me that I was welcome to send them my portfolio. I did so this weekend. Today, I checked my email and saw noticed that my portfolio was being worked on by their team. I'm not kidding you... THREE MINUTES after I read that email, I received an inquiry for one of my domains via Epik! While I hope that the offer becomes a sale... regardless, I'm impressed. They do what they say they'll do. They're very supportive of domainers, entrepreneurs, and website owners. They actually CARE about their customers. (I've even had them reach out to me, just to check on me. This with zero effort to let me know of some promo or to an advertisement.) Folks, in the crazy new world we live in now, one of the best ways to make a difference is with your hard-earned dollar bills. Take your money to Epik. They'll work hard for and appreciate your support. EDIT: Oh, by the way... I am editing this review just about 10 minutes or so after I submitted it. Remember how I got an offer on a name just minutes after Epik started working on my portfolio? Well, I have just received YET ANOTHER OFFER ON THE VERY SAME DOMAIN NAME. Go Epik!!!
