Bit of a delay to setup but worth it
Noel was extremely helpful in finally getting my account setup and hung around for 3 hours acting as a subject matter expert while I set everything up. I hope I'm not going to regret cancelling my protonmail subscription and switching to EPIK for email services. So far it looks like while Epik might be an alternate to protonmail, I can support the firm which supports Biblical values like freedom of speech so I'm thankful for the opportunity to vote with my dollars. Hopefully Epik employees come through with a track record of possessing a protestant work ethic and avoids a repeat of the 2020/2021 breach they experienced

Top-notch customer support
I recently transferred my domain to Epik, as I was recommended by a friend to do so. This is only the second domain registrar I've ever used, so I can't really compare it to others. However, I did end up needed to contact support as my site went down recently after my transfer (my fault entirely). I contacted them via an online chat, and they fixed the issue within minutes. Which actually prompted me to write this review, I have to say I was really impressed by the service they provided me and how fast they fixed the problem. Which was again was caused by my lack of understanding. As far as I can see, this is decent place to have your domain, and I'm more than happy I moved mine here.
